Dan a the pioneer in the inflatable bounce house and interactive game industry. Dan was one of the first to start the rental company in California in 1993. In just a few years Party Jump had locations all over Northern California, so Dan started ma king the inflatable bounce houses. From there things blew up (in a good way) All American Inflatables quickly became one of the top manufactures of inflatable play structures in the world. All About Fun was created to help people get their own home based business party rental companies opened. There were over 150 franchises in US and Australia. Dan saw the opportunity to sell while things were still in the upswing and just prior to insurance requirements changed which really hurt the industry. Dan kept the rental company and venture into real estate and restaurants. Dan had 3 successful sushi restaurants and many successful real estate investments, fix and flips, over a 20 year period. In 2023 Dan sold the last restaurant after COVID changed that industry forever.

Dan has returned to his roots in real estate, and is now focused on buying homes for flip rentals, duplexes, and four-plex’s. Recently, Dan and his team purchased a vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
